Capture app not working? First step, clear Safari cache

A lot of issues that you might see in the Capture App, especially after updating, are related to the Safari cache. Before anything else, please use these instructions to clear you cache and refresh the app. 

In iPad Settings

  1. From the Home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Tap Safari.
  3. To clear history: underneath the Privacy header, tap Clear History, confirm by again selecting Clear History.
  4. To Clear Cookies and Data: underneath the Privacy header, tap Clear Cookies and Data, confirm by again selecting Clear Cookies and Data
  5. Finally refresh the web app in Safari.
