PX-80 is Not Charging

First, it is important to note, that if you allow the battery to run completely to zero, the indicator display will not work immediately. It will need to charge for at least 15 minutes until you see the one blinking bar on the display. This indicates your device is charging. If after this, you still do not see anything:

  1. Confirm you see a green light on the power adapter (block portion) when plugged in
  2. Confirm the charger is fully plugged into the PX-80 charging port. Tighten the threaded collar so the charger is held secure in the charging port.
  3. Next, try plugging your charger into another outlet and repeat steps 1 and 2.
  4. If the above steps are unsuccessful, try charging the PX-80 using the external battery holster and a charged* external battery.

    *Check that your external battery has at least three bars of charge on the indicator display, and charge with the dual charger if needed. This is not a solution, but it gives us more information into the problem.
